Brian is a technical DHIS2 implementation adviser at the University of Oslo, where he primarily works on the Global Health Content and Standards team to configure DHIS2 metadata packages, such as HIV case surveillance, electronic immunization registries, and non-communicable diseases. He previously worked with the Norwegian Institute of Public Health on developing and managing e-Registries for maternal and child health in Palestine and Bangladesh. He has supported a variety of “ICT4D” projects since 2010, and DHIS2 implementations specifically since 2015.
