I am currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Oslo and working with the Health Information Systems Program Uganda. My research is on the use of DHIS2 as a decentralized Education Management Information System (EMIS) in Uganda. Previously, I have worked with the HISP team on the implementation of DHIS2 as a logistics management information system (LMIS) in Uganda. Looking forward to great discussions and sharing our country's experience and use cases on the use of DHIS2 as an education management information system in Uganda.
