Simprints is a nonprofit tech company with a mission to radically increase transparency and effectiveness in global development. We build ethical and inclusive digital ID powered by biometrics to ensure that every vaccine, every dollar, and every public good reaches the people who need them most. Simprints partners with organizations like
Gavi to boost immunization rates in developing countries, Ministries of Health like
Ghana on pandemic response, and NGOs like
BRAC to deliver maternal healthcare. Studies have shown Simprints increases impact through real-time, precision data, for example increasing maternal health visits by 38% in Bangladesh or accurate HIV tracing by 62% in Malawi. Today we’ve worked in over 17 countries helping deliver health, aid, and finance to >2.1M people.
We will be presenting our
Gavi funded partnership with Ghana Health Services which integrates biometric ID into DHIS2 to track immunisations. The presentation will take place on Monday 20th during the use-case bazaar session (4pm). We would be happy to set up a side meeting at the conference to explore if biometric ID within DHIS2 could help to increase the speed and accuracy of accessing patient records, reduce duplication and improve continuity of care in your context. As part of its October release, DHIS2 will feature a full integration of Simprints ID so now would be a fantastic time to discuss. For more on the Ghana DHIS2 integration please see
our talk at the DHIS2 symposium in 2021 or watch this
short film.
