Based in Combloux (France), Ignacio is dedicated full time to the London-based EyeSeeTea Ltd company where he is co-founder director, developer and leader of the Android team. As part of his responsibilities, Ignacio leads the development of DHIS 2 Android Apps for organizations like PSI, PATH, and UiO. Some of their most remarkable work in this area is the maintenance of the current Official UiO Android Apps for UiO or the M&E Apps HNQIS for PSI, and EDS for PATH.

He obtained his Telecommunications Engineer degree in the Carlos III University of Madrid. He holds also an M. Sc. in Telecommunication Networks for Developing Countries from the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid, where he has been a member of the Communications and Signal Theory Department for 4 years. In this position, he obtained a wide experience in engineering telecommunications projects for isolated regions in developing countries. After that period, he worked 3 years for the Spanish National Biotechnology Center (CSIC) in the field of electron microscopy image processing.
